Order Processing Times
KLLY, LLC processes orders from our west coast based distribution facility. Weather, natural disasters, other uncontrollable events, and your delivery address distance from our facility may impact shipping times.
All quoted shipping estimates are in business days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

Standard Delivery
In-stock items shipping within the Contiguous United States typically ships within 2-3 business days and will arrive in an additional 5-7 business days.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska
Hawaii: Certain destinations cannot be guaranteed overnight delivery. Rates apply to a single mailing address. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes in Hawaii.
Alaska: Rates apply to a single mailing address. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for orders in Alaska.
Canada
All orders shipped to Canada will include a shipping charge and can incur customs, duties, taxes and potential brokerage fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient; therefore, we ask that you be aware of these fees prior to submitting your order. For rate information, please see chart above.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We are not able to ship to more than one address at a time. You will have to submit each order separately and shipping fees cannot be combined.
